We’ve been anxiously awaiting a nice afternoon to sit outside and eat some pizzas, and this was it. We like to have a good variety of toppings and make small pizzas (and they cook in about three minutes in that heat!)
It’s remarkable how much dinner time evolves with the change in the seasons. We’re very much in summer mode now – and that includes cooking in the wood-fired oven, and enjoying a glass of wine under the pergola.
