Apple Strudel

Posted on April 5, 2021August 31, 2021 By Jonathan Edgerton

Sometimes it’s all about the textures. I’ve been craving strudel lately. Creamy soft apples and rum-soaked golden raisins, with just a hint of cinnamon, wrapped in a super flaky crust and simply dusted with a bit of powdered sugar. The challenge is (of course) to get that dough as thin as paper. It’s worth the effort though. Definitely worth the effort.
